Your role
As a Support Consultant, you’re the link between our customers and our software. You help customers with their questions, share ideas for improvements and regularly dive into technical challenges. And you look beyond the problem on the table. You want to understand what will really help the customer.

This role is ideal for an ambitious starter or young professional who wants to learn, take on responsibility and grow towards consultancy, product development or another specialist role.

What you’ll do
+ Help customers with questions about our software for invoice processing and document automation.
+ Find out what the customer really needs.
+ Solve technical issues around configurations, API integrations and SQL.
+ Help with implementations, updates and migrations.
+ Spot chances to improve processes, ways of working and our software.
+ Work closely with colleagues from Support, Product Development and other teams.
+ Share ideas on how to automate and standardise our work.
+ Help make our customer experience even better.

No two days are the same. One moment you’re quickly helping an end user, the next you’re investigating a complex integration or working on an improvement project that affects hundreds of customers.

What you bring
We’re not looking for someone who can already do everything. Above all, we’re looking for someone who wants to learn.
+ A bachelor’s degree (HBO level), preferably in IT, Business IT & Management, Computer Science or a similar field. Or an MBO level 4 diploma (Dutch secondary vocational education) plus relevant experience.
+ Curiosity and the drive to get better every day.
+ Strong communication skills.
+ A customer-focused mindset and the ability to ask the right follow-up questions.
+ An interest in technology and software.
+ Good command of Dutch and English.

Nice to have:
+ Knowledge of SQL.
+ Experience with Office 365 or Windows Server.
+ Work experience in support, customer service, hospitality or another service-focused setting.
