Jij bent dé expert achter succesvolle software-implementaties. Combineer klantadvies, projectleiding en coaching binnen een groeiende internationale SaaS-organisatie.

Job description

Are you a Senior Implementation Consultant who wants more end-to-end responsibility? At Whitevision, we give you more autonomy and room to improve processes, both at our customers and within the team. In short: do you want to give more strategic advice, coach colleagues and make a real impact at a fast-growing international SaaS company? Then we’d love to get to know you.

Your role
As a Senior Implementation Consultant, you’ll be responsible for several implementations at different organisations, across a range of Whitevision products. You’re the main contact and trusted advisor for your customers. Together with the customer, you largely decide where you do your work. You analyse customer processes, think strategically about the best setup and guide organisations to a successful go-live, with service always front and centre.

You work independently, share your knowledge with the team and coach new consultants. You spot commercial opportunities with existing customers. You also help standardise and improve our consultancy processes, so the whole team gets better, for example by using AI-driven features.

At the same time, you keep developing yourself. You build your product knowledge, stay up to date in your field and get the room to grow into a leadership, coaching or expert role within our consultancy organisation.

What you’ll do
+ Lead implementation projects from start to finish.
+ Analyse document processes and turn them into smart, scalable solutions.
+ Advise customers at both operational and management level.
+ Train end users and make sure they get the most out of our software.
+ Keep a close eye on planning, quality and customer satisfaction in your projects.
+ Coach junior and medior consultants and actively share your knowledge.

Job requirements

What you bring
+ At least a bachelor’s degree (HBO level), for example in Business IT & Management (BIM), Business Administration or Business Economics.
+ Proven experience in delivering software implementations.
+ Experience in project management and stakeholder management.
+ Strong communication skills in both Dutch and English.
+ An analytical, results-driven and commercially aware mindset.
+ Experience with SaaS solutions, SQL and ERP, and an interest in document processing, is a plus.
+ A coaching attitude: you enjoy helping colleagues move forward.
+ Availability of at least 32 hours a week (we prefer 40 hours).

You’re the consultant customers ask for and colleagues learn form. At Whitevision, you get the room, the trust and the scale of a growing European group to make a real impact.

What we offer
Next to working in a friendly, motivated and committed team, we offer you:
+ A salary between €4,250 and €6,000 gross per month (based on 40 hours), depending on your education and experience.
+ A company car, laptop, mobile phone and a pension plan.
+ 25 holiday days, with the option to buy 5 extra days (based on 40 hours).
+ An inspiring work environment with flexibility in where you work (hybrid) and when you work.
+ Responsibility and independence in your role, with influence on our services and strategy.
+ A professional, hard-working team where teamwork and fun go hand in hand.
+ An informal organisation where we regularly organise outings with the team and the whole company.
